Tacticum is a derivative of the word “tactical”.  We believe there are three levels in business:      strategic, operational, and tactical.

Strategy is set in the C-Suite, and provides long term vision and goals.  The operational level is the arena for senior and middle management to operationalize the strategy within the confines of the business goals. 

We believe business grows or is lost at the tactical level.  If the company gets it wrong at the foundation level, the operational and strategic goals collapse.
